James started out his adult life as a Deputy Sheriff in Wisconsin. Upon moving to Florida, he decided to make a career change but still wanted to help the public. James decided to take an opportunity as an insurance agent and haven’t looked back since. He finds helping individuals understand their coverage and identifying gaps as a way of still serving his community.
When he is not at work, James’ time is typically spent outdoors, browsing historical documentaries, and antiquing with his wife. James is also a big Green Bay Packer fan!

Chris joined Graddy Insurance in 2022. About 15 years ago, a tornado destroyed his parent’s home in Joplin, MO. He witnessed their insurance agent comfort and provide for them during the claims process. This experience inspired Chris to help others secure the right coverage and understand their policies, so he can offer the same support during life-changing events.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys woodworking and travel. Chris and his wife have seen half the USA and over 50 National Parks and Monuments.

He handles everything from policy inquiries to detailed account assistance, ensuring that every client feels heard and supported. In his spare time, he stays loyal watching his favorite football team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Go Bucs!

Mick is the original owner of Graddy Insurance Group. He opened the Punta Gorda and Clearwater office in 2004 after 30 years of working for Allstate Corporate. He has sold insurance and managed agencies throughout the USA and Asia.
Mick joined forces with his daughter, Kassie, in 2018. Together, they run both agencies as a team, working side by side.
Mick likes to fish, cook, and spend time with Renaye, his wife, Kassie, and his five grandkids.

Charlotte joined Graddy Insurance in 2005. She cares for all of our customers like her family. Charlotte is licensed to sell personal lines and life insurance with the agency. When she completes a protection review with her customer, she is excellent at providing a complete financial protection review from all angles.
If she could, Charlotte would spend all her time at the beach. But her grandsons lives are active and she likes to stay involved with them also. She will never pass up a good jigsaw puzzle either.

In 2005, Chuck joined Graddy Insurance Group shortly after his wife Charlotte Sanders. They have selflessly served our customers for over 20 years! Chuck handles most of our commercial clients along with providing home, auto, life and boat products to our personal lines customers.
In his spare time, Chuck helps his neighbors, watches his grandsons play baseball, and he is a proud member of the Pickleplex and the YMCA.

Chris has been serving Graddy Insurance customers since early 2024. Her years of banking experience help her uncover financial gaps in our customers’ policies. She enjoys working at a small family-oriented office that puts the needs of the customer first.
In her spare time, Chris travels with her daughter and husband. She is a big Indiana Colts fan too!
